Villa Dilys is a recently refurbished villa offering amazing sea views within Kalkan's Kalamar Bay region. The villa which has accommodation for 6 people across 3 bedrooms (2 in the main house and one self contained studio) is surrounded by panoramic views of the turquoise coast that are hard to beat.
Villa Dilys provides comfort and stylish decor with one double and one twin bedroom in the main house and a third double self contained studio room below with it's own separate entrance. The villa has outside terraces on every level including a large roof terrace.
Kitchen: A modern fully equip space with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven with 4 ring hob, 6 person dining set with pots pans and cutlery
Living Room: With amazing sea views, comfortable seating, air con, water cooler, TV, selection of board games and access to a downstairs toilet and large dining terrace
Bedroom 1 with ensuite: Large double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of draws, hairdryer and safe. There is access from the room to a large terrace with a swing chair and a compact modern ensuite with toilet, sink and rainfall shower.
Bedroom 2 with ensuite: 2 x Single beds, dressing table, hanging space for clothes and a compact ensuite with a toilet, sink and rainfall shower. The roof terrace is accessed via this room
Studio Bedroom 3: This is a self contained studio below the main property with it's own entrance and kitchenette. The studio includes a large double bed, clothes storage, comfortable seating area, ensuite shower room and small kitchenette with a sink and fridge. Outside the studio there is a small terrace with access to the pool.
Outside spaces: Villa Dilys comes with one of the largest and deepest onsite pools in the area shared with just 7 other villas which can be accessed via steps from both the main villa and studio.
The villa has large terraces on every level all of which have stunning panoramic views. There is a large dining terrace accessed via the living room, this has a dining table and chairs for 6 people and a BBQ.
There is a large covered terrace accessed from bedroom 1, this has a swing chair and is the perfect place for relaxing with a book.
The jewel in the crown is the roof terrace which can be accessed via bedroom 2 and benefits from a sun shade, large seating area, sunbeds and beanbags
